How to choose the hydraulic oil of the pipe bender
The anti-oxidation stability of the pipe bender. The anti-oxidation stability of the pipe bender refers to the ability of low resistance to chemical reaction with oxygenates when the oil temperature rises. Practice has shown that for every 10°C increase in oil temperature, its chemical reaction speed doubles. The hydraulic oil of the pipe bender with good oxidation resistance and stability is not easy to oxidize and degenerate after long-term use, which can ensure the normal circulation of the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil of the pipe bender must have excellent abrasion resistance and lubricity. The intention is to reduce mechanical conflicts and ensure the service life of the hydraulic system of the pipe bender.
Good anti-emulsification and anti-foaming properties. Demulsibility refers to the ability of oil mixed with water and agitated to become an emulsion, and water is separated from it. Foam resistance refers to the ability of the oil to be mixed with air and agitated to form an emulsion, and the bubbles are separated from the oil. After mixing with water or air, the volume modulus of the oil decreases, and the compressibility increases. The hydraulic components of the pipe bender move slowly and are prone to shock and vibration.
Good shear resistance and stability. In order to improve the viscosity index of the oil, the oil often participates in polymethacrylate, polyisobutylene and other high molecular polymers. These substances have long molecular chains, and the oil is severely sheared when flowing through the slits of the hydraulic components. The cutting effect tends to cause molecular chain scission and the viscosity-temperature characteristics of the oil to decrease. During the operation of the pipe bender, the frequent reversing of the reversing valve and the saving of components require the hydraulic oil to have strong anti-shear ability.
Excellent viscosity and temperature. Viscosity temperature refers to the degree to which the oil viscosity rises and falls with temperature, which is usually indicated by the viscosity index. Stick to the right viscosity. The detailed use depends on the working pressure of the hydraulic system of the pipe bender, the working temperature and the movement speed of the implementing element. High viscosity should be selected for high pressure and high temperature, and low viscosity for high speed movement.
